If you make reservations you will receive demo skis and snowboards at standard rental rates. We ask that reservations are made at least 24hrs in advance. This is for all reservations. We open at 7 AM if you make a reservation the evening before and anticipate picking up your gear first thing the next morning be aware that it will take a few minutes to get you set up, our techs do not work overnight. We appreciate your business and understanding. We do not issue refunds only store credit. If you need a refund it will be up to Management on the percentage if any that will be refunded depending on the circumstances of each individual.
